In accordance with the regulations of the Norwegian Competition Authority, our clients are given the following information about the basis on which our fees are calculated:

Our fees will in principle – and for the most part – depend on the time spent on the individual case.

Free legal aid is granted in very many of the areas of law we handle. For cases where free legal aid is not granted, the following prices/rates apply:

Our guideline hourly rate is in the range of NOK 1,500 to NOK 2,900 + VAT, depending on the nature and complexity of the case. We reserve the right, in special cases, to go below the minimum rate as well as above the maximum hourly rate stated above.

The hourly rate applied to the individual assignment will depend on the nature and difficulty of the work, the values and interests at stake in the case, the result achieved, etc.

The hourly rate that forms the basis for calculating the fee in the case is agreed when the assignment is entered into. Specific disbursements incurred in connection with the case are charged in addition.

Time is recorded with a minimum charge of 15 minutes for each work session on the case.

Please note that no assignment is considered accepted by us until this has been confirmed in writing by an engagement letter.
